Thank you so much for all of your support.  We were able to raise more than $1500 for Mike and Annie!!

Thanks again, everyone, for enduring the cold to come out run with us!

A Few Announcements

First off, thank you everyone for your outstanding support of this event!   

If you haven't yet registered you should register today- we're really trying to get as accurate as possible head count - there may be some exceptional turkey paraphernalia that only registered participants will receive.

Tandie Nielsen will be donating food for the event in hopes of raising a few extra bucks for the Parkers.  It could be anything from scones to hotdogs, only time will tell.

  

If you're not really into running a 5K but want to be involved you should volunteer!  We would love your help with water stations, the mini gobbler, and registration.  Please email jenniferbadgett@hotmail.com to sign up as a volunteer.

Okay, I believe that is all.  Hope we see you Saturday morning.  Please arrive at 9:45 a.m. so the race can start promptly at 10:00.  We will be meeting at the south pavilion at Merlin Olsen Park.

Thank you for visiting the blog for friends and family of Mike and Annie Parker, who are in the process of adopting an Ethiopian baby named Yonas.  They will run into thousands of dollars in expenses and we want to help them out!

5k Turkey Trot 

Saturday, November 13th 

Race begins at 10:00 a.m.

Merlin Olsen Central Park

300 East Center

Logan, Utah  

Bundle up and come on out for food, prizes, friends and fun!

We will also be holding a Mini-Gobbler for kids to run, walk or waddle at 11:00 a.m.  It will be a 400 meter race with prizes for all.  

$20 per person

or

$40 per family

if you register before November 6th. 

Late applicants will be charged $25 per person or $45 per family, so register today!
